As a first-generation Ghanaian-American born and raised in New York City, Chef Adjepong sources the tastes and impacts in his cooking from many of the West African dishes he grew up eating. He is devoted to presenting diners to West African cuisine and the influence its diaspora has had on the Caribbean, Latin American, South American, and American food, all in his elegant, artfully plated style.
